Need Advice: Engine's Out, Want to Change Exhaust Manifolds, Turbo & Up Pipes On Early 1999

I have a 1999 F-350 with a rotten oil pan and just pulled the engine out to change it. The truck was built 10/98. As long as it's out I wanted to fix the exhaust manifold leaks around the up pipes. I installed a 4" exhaust and the bigger outlet on the turbo in the past and now want to instal a ported inlet. I'm finding out I don't have to many options because it is an early 99. The exhaust manifolds are also rusted pretty bad so I want to replace them as well.

My question is if I buy exhaust manifolds, bellowed up pipes, non-EBPV pedestal and a new turbo charger with ported inlet for a 99.5-03 will it bolt right up to my engine? Since it is basically the whole system I am figuring it should fit. Any thoughts? Opinions?

You ment 10/98 right? You will also need intake plenums, intake plenum boots and I believe a new intake spider.... I think that is it. I believe Clay at RiffRaff sells a kit, try taking a look at his website to see if there is a parts list.

You can also find some of those parts at a local salvage yard.
