Slammed truck back to stock height?

Forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place, my buddy has a lowered 07 F150. He wants to return it back to stock height, level it and set in on some 33" A/Ts.

Now i know all about lifts and levels and all that good stuff, but have never messed around with lowered trucks. For obvious reasons, whatever floats your boat.

Anyways what exactly is involved ? Im assumeing its lowered by useing shorter spindles on the front, but what exactly is done to the rear? Shorter (smaller) leaf springs?

Id like to help my buddy out and save him some bucks, if anyone can clarify for me id greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

The truck probably has drop shackles on the back. How much was it lowered would you guess? If you could compare it to a stock truck you would be able to shop for lowering kits to see what parts were involved. Just a thought...

I agree that the front probably needs spindles. And The rear probably has drop shackle brackets and removed the block/bump stop. That or they changed it to axle over spring

Would you mind giving us an idea of just how much it's lowered? Because that can be the difference between a different spring/shock setup, to an entirely new suspension setup.
