Need help with upgrading rims from stock

Hi all, I'm not really sure if this is the right section for this, but I recently lifted my 1997 F250 4in and put on 35s. Now I love the stock bullet rims, but when I try to fully turn my tires rub the front leaf-springs. I found out the rims I have now are 16x7. So would going up to a 16x10 get rid of this tire rub? I’ve been trying to do some research before I posted here but I don't really know too much about offset and such. Like if going to a 16x10 would bring the tire out more or pull it in closer.

Thanks for any help
