NEW PRODUCTS: ACI Off-Road LED Lights

Here are our new ACI Off-Road LED Lights. This is a brand-new product line for us and we’d like to hear your feedback. The idea behind these lights is to offer quality vehicle lighting at a really great value. Take a look at the lumen output of our lights and compare it to some of the other LED lights on the market, and then look at the prices.

All our lights use super-bright LEDs encased in waterproof aluminum housings. They all have stainless-steel mounting hardware and solid heatsinks, and they’re rated to last for thousands of hours of use.
Our lights are available in four sizes, with each size available with spot or flood beams.

18-watt lights

First up are the 18-watt lights. These lights feature six LEDs in a row and produce 1,200 lumens per light. You can get them with a 90-degree flood beam or a 25-degree spot beam.

These lights have a narrow shape that makes them easy to install on ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, snowblowers and landscaping equipment.
MSRP for the 18-watt lights is $54.95 each.

We wired two 18-watt lights on top of an ATV and rode down some trails one night. Watch this video to see how much more light you get with the LEDs compared to the stock headlights.

24-watt lights

These are the 24-watt lights. They have eight LEDs in a circle and produce 1,600 lumens. You can order them with a 60-degree flood beam or a 30-degree spot beam.

These lights have a thin form-factor and are easy to fit on bumpers and light bars. They are a great choice for Jeeps, pickup trucks, enclosed trailers, boats, campers and RVs.

MSRP for the 24-watt lights is $49.95 each.

42-watt lights

These are the 42-watt lights. They have 14 LEDs in a circle and produce 2,800 lumens. You can order them with a 60-degree flood beam or an 8-degree spot beam.

These lights are similar to the 24-watt lights, but with more power and bigger heatsinks. Some of their recommended uses include headache racks, semi trailers, horse trailers, Jeeps, trucks, and work vans.

MSRP for the 42-watt lights is $115.95 each.

We wired a pair of 42-watts to a Ford F-350 for a bit of night driving. This video shows the difference between the stock lights and our LED Lights:

90-watt lights

These are our top-of-the-line LED lights. These 90-watt lights have 9 LEDs in a grid and produce 8,100 lumens per light. We have them available with a 90-degree flood beam and a 10-degree spot beam.

These lights feature large heatsinks and rubber shock absorbers in their mounting brackets. They are ideal for utility trucks, skid-steers, and agricultural and construction equipment — but if you want to put some serious light on the front of your truck, they can definitely work there, too.

MSRP for the 90-watt lights is $259.95

If you have any further questions about our products, go ahead and let me have it.

One more thing: Did you know we offer a 15% discount to forum members? Details in this post.

I went to your website but didn't see any dimensions listed for the 42w round lights.

Can you please post them here?

Thanks.

So using those dimensions they are basically a 4.5" round light, yes?

Ya don't happen to have any 6" round LED's, do you?

Stewart:

No, but our 90W lights are 6 1/2" high, 5 5/16" wide and 4 7/8" deep, but they're rather rectangle-ish.
