I have installed a Banks monster exhaust system since my muffler rusted out. I was looking into other options because the truck can be a bit of a dog when towing even with the tow/haul mode (might just be because I'm used to towing with diesels at work).
I had to replace the passenger side exhaust manifold a while back because of the typical manifold leak issue, but I was looking into the torque tubes exhaust headers banks offers as well as their ram-air intake. They don't list the parts for the super duty though, just the f150. Since it is the same 5.4 engine, I was wondering if any of you know if these parts will work on the super duty too? The horsepower and torque should help when towing, and I may have to replace the drivers side exhaust manifold anyway, so these would be a better solution if they will work. Thanks in advance for your help!

 

I put a tuner on my 2006 5.4l. Is a noticable difference. I also have a 2011 6.2l, so I have something to compare it to.

Just got it in June, so I haven't tested it out with the plow on and 800lb of ballast yet - that's mainly what I use the 2006 for

change the gearing in the rear end..its cheaper, easier, and more bang for the buck.
