Did you get the panel rear body half? Glad the truck got saved!

 

Yes, I got the back half also. I think I will cut the top half off and use the bottom half to make a fleetside bed. Thanks for the link to the other thread, I will comment there when I get a chance and direct them to this thread.

 

Man, with the panel body there, I'd be tempted to go all out and make a '54 Ranger that never was.

I have a 1954 ford B-500, I am putting this on a 2005 F-450 frame, then a cummins 5.9 with six speed manual trans.... I wanted the disc brakes and newer parts, that way. in twenty years, will be looking for 35 year old parts......instead of 85 year old chassis/brake parts. I look forward to seeing this one back on the road.
