Please Help With Electrical Problems

New battery, new alternator, new ends plus i cleaned & tightened the ground & the battery still seems to be dying. It doesn't die all the way but low enough not to start. If it starts or I boost it it will run all day and stay pretty charged. Also when I flip my wiper switch they don't come on but the lights go dim and the battery meter flicks up and down rapidly. When I replaced the battery they said the old one was overcharging.

My first step is always: with a digital volt meter, measure the volts at the battery with the truck running.

The alternator could be overcharging and killing the battery, You pulled the wires from the battery and cleaned both the ground to the frame and the pos to the solenoid? You pulled the wires from the Alternator and cleaned them also? As irhunter stated, put a DVM on the battery when it's running and see what the voltage is.
