VIN challenge of the day

I have decoded it. The results of the decode do not match what my eyes see.

An expert decode would be appreciated.

The truck was built in Canada. I'm wondering if the VIN codes in Canada are not quite the same as the ones used in the United States.

It's a 73 Camaro with a 396, M-22 rock crusher, and a 12-bolt?

What doesn't jive?
Look at your frame VIN to be sure it matches the warranty plate on the door. It's easy to change a door, frame...not so easy.

You need to check the frame VIN, the F15 is for 2WD not 4 wheel.
I think you're going to find the VIN begins with F14 (assuming it is a 150 and was originally 4WD and not a conversion.

Frame VIN# is on the passenger side frame rail, across from the exhaust manifold, in front of the riveted mount for the cab at the edge of the C-channel

There's also a second location further back on the same rail, but it's under the foot well and difficult to see.

To begin with, the rivets for the warranty plate are wrong. Someone's changed something.
Here's what the rivets should look like.
