It is either the wire for the fuel restriction sensor or the water in fuel sensor. Either one won't hurt a thing being unplugged. I wouldn't worry about it.
^^^^ Fuel filter sensor; it's on the rear side toward the pump on a '95. Just remember to visually check your fuel filter now and then, since you won't have the light.
