When using forscan or torque pro, I lose connection quite often. does this happen to you? are you actually using your cell phones internet or just using the wifi or blutooth for it's wireless connection?

If the OBDii adapter is wifi use wifi if Bluetooth use Bluetooth. It's possible your OBDii is having issues.

hey hey I was wondering if anybody out there could help me with setting up the Torque Pro app I just purchased it along with and Ozzy gear OBD2 Bluetooth connector and it's saying that there's a PID issue so I didn't know if I was supposed to manually enter any of those or not? But it could help me out I really appreciate it thanks guys
I've had mine drop twice over a long time, I believed it was due to finding a stronger signal.
Since this thread has been brought back active, has anyone with Forscan emailed a file to be brought up on a computer? What program did you use?
Sorry I missed this post Jack. You have probably figured it out by now but DashBoss exports a .csv file. I opened that data table with Microsoft Excel and made another graph with that info. I think Open Office’s Excel clone would do the same thing. On iPad, the is a program by SavySoda that works much like office also.
