Try these folks for parts. I've replaced a couple crank studs. Boils down to how much time you spend repairing vs replacing. A long time ago an old boy told me that "If it is steel, it can be repaired."

I rebuilt one in a 54. Honestly, the best solution is to be a GOOD used one (easier said than done but possible), second a new Chinese knockoff (quality sometimes questionable) and third rebuild what you have. The studs aren't bad to do but if the gear teeth is stripped, riveted loose, etc. it takes time and often isn't worth it. Good luck.

#1 Good used
#2 Rebuild yours with good used pieces
#3 Nos if you can find it, but $$$
A repo if you must, but just to hold you over until you decide on #1-3.

I have one that looks to be in good shape, splines on handle crank shaft look good, all teeth are there on regulator, probably needs new roller mechanisms. You can have if you can come get it or arrange shipping or send me the shipping costs I'll box it and send it to ya. Another way is I'll be in Morro Bay CA for the North South run, if you are coming or know anybody in the pick-up Limited F-100 club who is going I would be glad to give to them just need info
