Let`s just start by saying she`s got some smoke and presure blowing frm the oil filler tube and only noticed this after some seat time my question today is there anything that causes blow-by other than weak compresson I ask because I don`t have a compression tester and don`t want to purchase one sense I would probely use it this one time and this rig has already costed me to much of my funds for thing I was planning for my 02 it seems to run better ea. time I drive it and w/ a lil effort and funds it could be a good driving / running truck heck the ac blows cold and everything works the previous onwer said he replaced trans. recently and it looks so what would ya do?

 

Smoke I don't worry about. Pressure I would. A little pressure or a lot? Burning oil?

I'd start by checking the intake and turbo looking for clues what might have caused this. If it's a dusted engine due to poor filtration, I'd start by fixing the air intake issue.
