Intercooler question/opinions

So I have my intercooler out due to pulling my engine to change out the timing cover. The corner of the intercooler appears to be leaking as it has a lot of gunky oily grime build up. Any body know a good way to test this thing for leaks? Are there shops that can do this kind of thing? Should i worry about it if it has a leak, ideas for replacement... almost every aftermarket intercooler seems to start at $1000 and frankly it wasnt in the budget? Ideas?

Any radiator shop can pressure test it. Some could repair it also. Salvage yards should have intercoolers, Some people install the 6.0L intercooler.

Have a radiator shop test it. If it is leaking, I have one I'll give you for the cost of shipping.
