Help identifying part number for a F750 door handle.
I'm after some help identifying door handle parts for an F750 door that I'm fitting to my F100.
VIN on 750 door = F75FVV07336. So F750, 391 4V?, Kentucky? Seperate plate state Dec 1974 as d.o.m.
I've got the F100-F350 parts manual on CD. I've got the 73 Shop Manuals. Neither seem to have been of help
I'm after the push button that is visible from the outside of the door which is pressed with the thumb to open the door.
From online research and my F100-350 parts list I was hopeful that D5UZ-1122455-A was correct. Having bought it, it doesn't fit.
I bought a similar looking handle off an 80s F150 at a junkyard on the off-chance, it doesn't fit either.
Pictures paint 1000 words:
Missing handle push-button niticeably different shape and size from 80s version.
View from above, shorter than the 80s handle and handle follows the shape of the door inwards into the 'knuckle recess' in the body panel.
Passenger side showing the button and the chrome following the recess in the body panel.
