1991 F250 w/ no power will not start

Hey guys back again.

Same truck 1991 F250 XLT Lariat 4x4 w/ 460 7.5L V8.

Problem is this time, I'm getting no power to anything. I mean nothing. No buzzers, bells, whistles, lights, nothing.
I just replaced (with new parts mind you) the battery, starter solenoid, starter, battery cables (positive and negative) and now I'm at a loss.
I'm getting power to the solenoid after testing it, but it seems to end there. Frame to battery ground and block to battery ground are also good.
Also no blown fuses.

Any of you out there got a clue?
Almost at the end of my line here and about to drop it at a mechanics and see what tomfoolery they can come up with.

You put the all of the smaller wires with rings on the wrong side of the starter solenoid (relay). They all go on the with the battery cable from the pos (+) post of the battery.

I put them all on the wrong side? So if everything goes on the power side does that mean only the starter goes on the other side?

Alright so I switched everything around and I have power to the interior now!

Everything works as it should but when I go to start the truck nothing at all happens. No click from the starter or solenoid.

I tried jumping the posts on the solenoid and was met with a loud pop and spark but nothing else.

Seems like a grounding issue but the starter grounds to the bell housing and that's the only place that comes to mind where a bad ground would come into play. Especially since all grounds on the battery are fine and everything else works just fine.

Did you put the small push on wire back on the solenoid?

Have you tried putting power on the "S" post and see if it will crank?
Make sure it is park when you do that or if standard out of gear with the wheels blocked.
