Hello there. I need help locating the right part numbers for the rear blend door actuators for my 2005 Explorer XLT. I had the thumping coming from the rear of the vehicle, and from experience with my previous explorer I knew it was the blend door actuator. I actually replaced the front one on my previous explorer. So I tore into the back and extracted the two actuators to replace them both. I figure that since I was there I should do them together. I pulled them so I could get the exact replacement rather than have to guess and hope. I can find the replacement for one that I am confident with, but the other seems to be a challenge. Here is what I have discovered.

The one I can find replacement for has the model number on it of 2L2H-19E616-AA. This one has the cross shaft. My research has led me to understand that the following are the replacements

Motorcraft YH-1743
Dorman 604-209

dealer replacement is 1L2Z-19E616-BA

My problem lies in finding the replacement for the other one which has the model number 2L2H-19E616-BB. This one has the D-shaft. Can anyone help me track down the proper replacement model numbers for this item.

When I posted this it was on Sunday and I could not contact the dealership. I have since made contact with my local dealership and I have the part numbers. I will post them here in case anyone else is looking for them.

2L2H-19E616-AA is confirmed through the dealership as Motorcraft YH-1743
2L2H-19E616-BB is confirmed through the dealership as Motorcraft YH-1746
