97 f350 pads wont fit in caliper
I'm at a loss....new calipers (dual piston) new clips, new pads. I can barely get the first pad in, the second pad just won't go. I've got the 2nd pad at an angle, both clips are fully seated (there are 2 clips, 1 on each end of the pads & the notch/groove in pad backing plate mates around the clip on each end).....all 4 pads in the set are identical. There's about 1/8" of interference between the pad backing plate and the clip. For the life of me I can't figure this out! I jacked with it for almost 2 hours!! Anyone have any ideas??
Thx,
Josh
