After my accident in July I had a new hitch put on the Ex. After 4 fill ups I started having a fuel leak when the tank was all the way full.

I am assuming that means the hose from the filler neck to the tank is cracked.

The two questions I have is do I have to get the hose through Ford or can I get bulk hose at NAPA for replacements?

I used the bulk hose on my turd v10, it was a PIA to work with. A lot cheaper, but time is money and I think I didn't save a cent at the end of it.

 

I am assuming that they dropped the tank a bit to get the new hitch on.

 

Might be a problem using bulk hose if there's a sizable bend. I haven't looked at mine, so I don't know. In case you decide on the Ford hose....

I don't remember what your accident involved so I was guessing it was rear end if you had a new hitch put on. Ask the hitch installer if they moved the tank as it's very possible they didn't get the tank or one of the vent hoses back on correctly. The hoses are pretty durable but easy to not get connected properly.
