Biggest tires for Alcoa 16x7 rims

Biggest tires for Alcoa 16x7 rims
Buying some Alcoa 16x7 rims. What's the largest tire I can put on these? I'm going with BFG ATs. The're going on a 96 F350 CC. I had 35 12.50 16.5s on my last 96 and they looked great. BFG shows the 285 75r 16 which is a 33" with an E rating. Their is also the 315 75R16 ,35", but is D rated. Will either of these fit the 16X7 rims? Thanks,

Look at weight rating as well. Wider tires usually have higher weight rating (with quality tires)
I'd still go with a 285. Easier to find a replacement if in a bind.
