What ever the weather is doing, the grass and weeds like it. Time to mow again.

 

Have you got a closing date on the house yet?

 

Morning George. Mowed half of mine last night, I'll finsh up tonight.

 

No closing date on the house yet Pat. I'm pretty frustrated with it at this point. The realtor has been a total space cadet lately too.

 

I hate realtors. They all seem to turn into retards at some point during the process



(oh, ah, gee, all except for you, Dallas.........LOL!!!)

 

Realtors and lawyers can be the biggest pains/idiots in a house closing.

The realtor called the other day and wanted a last minute showing... Sent the kids over to the house to make sure it looked good and then he called back a couple hours later and said he didn't show it because his clients don't like a split level home. Did he forget what our house was? Don't they have some fancy interweb thingy that lists all the details on the houses they are trying to sell? Sheesh.

Oh, and last month they sent an appraiser out for one of the neighbors houses and they appraised ours instead. Three Stooges Real Estate Co!

 

Rob, that would mean putting forth some effort. Yeah, like that's gonna happen!!LOL
