Kiddo's are still at the grand parents in Colorado, sort of missing them. I haven't seen or heard a peep from the broom in 5 days... life is good!

Morning Charlie! Got a contract on the house on Monday, yippee! But, it's contingent on the buyer selling their house in Omaha... Fingers crossed, they've said they have had 9 showings in 2 days. I guess the market is a little better down there. We are still actively marketing ours though, would be nice if we got another non-contingent offer.

Still nothing... she fired her witch attorney, and hired another one that claims they want everything settled ASAP. That was 3 weeks ago, so ASAP must mean "as slow as possible".

She's already whining about having no place to go. I gave her a few addresses... Omaha, MD, NY... figure my buds will take good care of her.
