5 lug to 6 lug?

I have a 2011 F150. I am getting new tires and wheels so I have no use for my 18 inch 6 lug factory wheels/tires.

My co-workers son just got his first truck. It's an 89 F150 with the 5 lug 15 inch wheel. The truck is a "beater" but perfect for a first vehicle. He needs new wheels and tires on it. Is there an adapter available to fit my 6 lug wheels on his 5 lug axles? If so I will sell him my factory wheel/tires cheap to get him going. I know adapters are not the safest route but it's just an in-town truck.

Sorry kameronth, I giggle every time I see the "LMGTFY" used… good luck with the hunt!
