Would like any info on replaceing the hubs on my 92 Ranger XLT 4L 4x4. It has shift on the fly and it will not ingauge. the switch in the cab is energived.
Thinking of changing to manule hubs.
What is your experiance and or thoughts.

I've heard of a lot of people with '90-'97 Rangers replacing their auto hubs with manual hubs. Warn makes hubs and conversion kits for this:

If i were you i would change to manual hubs i changed one of my friends rangers to manual hubs and they work great its simple to do and it only takes a couple of hours.
