Orderbooks are now open for the F-150

I think the first truck will roll out around Oct 20 th.

I hope the MPG-figures are close to be revealed

Does anyone have an idea when the orderbooks will open up for us Canadians? Also helpful would be if someone could link to the Canadian order guide. It always seems to have a few small diffferences from the one availible in the USofA.
