I just had a new high pressure injector pump installed and my truck still has a problem. while driving the check engine lite comes on and then I have no throttle, until I turn the key off and restart it. and then it will go for a while and then the lite comes on again.I have p code 1209-p0340-p1211- and p0541. can any body help me?

 

I don't know what the codes mean; but has the computer been reset? Like disconnect the battery for an hour or something?

p0541 looks like an air intake heater code, which you can ignore this time of year anyways.

P0340 looks like maybe a CPS sensor problem, (crank shaft position sensor. )



So maybe the IPR or some sensor is malfunctioning, or else the CPS has crapped the bed, or both.
(or neither).

If it was me, I'd find someone with a tuner or scanner or something, something that can monitor values while you drive, and see whats going on.
