what gives now I have less power

Hi everyone.
I just did a lot of work to my truck and now it has less power than before I used to be able to scare the wife with no trouble now I can't did I forget to do something. I expected to have a few more ponys not less
04 6.0 f250. 210,000 miles xlt. edge chip that it has had since I bought it.

I did a 3.5" down tube to a 4" straight pipe .
Blue spring upgrade
Egr delete. I left the valve in instead of the block off plate and it is plugged in.
I rebuilt the turbo and had the heads rebuilt.
ARP studs.
Replaced the Pistons with oem
All the gaskets ( o rings )with oem
Both fuel filters
Coolant flush
Oil change
New Map sensor
new oil cooler.
And I scrubbed the heck out of the entire engine bay and all parts that came off.
I'm thinking I will unwire the edge chip after work to see if that changes anything.
Any ideas would be great.

Everything is plugged back into the Wright spot I took lots of pics and used a lot of tape and sandwich bags to label everything as it came off

You replaced all 8 pistons? Total rebuild with machining or just some new parts to freshen things up?

No I didn't replace the stand pipes or the dummy plugs. I don't have any live feed gages I am working on getting a set but it will have to wait for a paycheck or two I just spent the reserve on the truck and the boost is good got up to 24 psi last night. It is surging though you can hear it in the exhaust and in the turbo when I'm causing at 75 it is bouncing between 12 and 16 constantly changing

I don't see anything you did that would increase power, you should have about exactly what you had before. I'd double check for exhaust leaks, and check the turbo boost level to make sure it can get up to 28 psi.

28 is the max boost. Not every truck will get there. Average is probably 24 to 26. Ford considers 21 acceptable all though on the low side. I'm more concerned with tha occilating boost while cruising. At his speed my truck is just under 10 and steady.

The y pipe was a big pain to get lined up I'll double check it to see if it is all lined up or eeven if it cracked out wile I was bolting it up. But if there was a leak wouldn't you here it?

Get up to normal op temp. Unhook batteries for 15 minutes with headlights on. Hook bats back up. Cycle key until seat belt light goes out, do that twice. Start engine let idle for 15 or 20 minutes then drive for 20 or so minutes. Pretty sure that's how, if my memory serves me right.
