Appliance repair

Any of you guy's do appliance repair, or know of somebody that won't bend ME over an appliance just coming out to the house?
Our washer that has been in storage for almost two years, won't fill with water. I'm sure it's the relay's for the water level. I also broke the lock for the lid that I yanked open in order to get the information off of the decal under the lid.

sounds more like the water valve not opening, did you try the hot and cold cycles?
