Headliner sagging.

Not enough information about the exact headliner to be specific. However over the years I've used 3M Brand Spray Adhesive on these types of projects. It comes in different bonding strengths and is available at most auto store outlets. Be careful as once applied it's pretty much a done deal.

About the only thing that will fix it is removing the old fabric and foam and applying new headliner material. A stiff scrub brush will take the foam off in most cases. If you can get your hands on some DAP HHR (high heat resistant) landau top adhesive, that's the best stuff to use. Otherwise, the DAP Weldwood contact cement you can get at a hardware store is fine.

I redid the headliner in my bronco last year. The upholstery shop wanted $200 with ME removing the headliner and handing it to them.
I went to JoAnn fabric, bought 2 years of material($7) and 2 spray cans of glue($25)
I removed headliner and laid it fabric up on horses
pulled JUST THE FABRIC from the headliner, leaving the foam behind.
Next I laid the new fabric on the headliner and used cloths pins to hold it in place. The took cloths pins off one side and folded fabric off the one side. The sprayed the foam and the back of the fabric. had a friend slowly lay the fabric back down as Wiped out andy wrinkles. Once it was down, I repinned it and did the sme on the other side.
Once the glue was all dry I took a sharp razor and trimmed the excess and cut holes for visors and dome light.
VERY simple project, i will NEVER pay to have another one done
