Question Bad shocks and stabilizer - suggestions?

An inspection revealed my front shocks are bad and the steering damper / stabilizer shock too.

I was thinking of getting a Rancho steering stabilizing kit and some Rancho 9000s for the shocks.

Any suggestions and/or advice?

A lot of people like them and the adjustability of them. They are a little bit cheaper than my bilsteins too. But you can't really go wrong with a decent quality set.

Get Bilstein shocks and Fox steering stabilizers. I highly recommend dual front shocks if you have a diesel Excursion, like me.

I'm also on dirt/gravel roads often while towing, so the dual stabilizers really help there... but if your only "on road" then a single is fine.

I have the v10 so i'll probably stick with single shocks for now. I live off a dirt road but mostly driving on paved roads. What do you think of the rancho stabilizers?

I have the Ranch 5410 on my Excursion and I go through them every year and a half. THey blow out. Not sure what the deal is. The reason I have that one is that they have a lifetime warranty. I just installed the 9000 shocks and love them so far. I have yet to tinker with the settings but it improved the ride quite a bit

I have 5100s at all 4 corners and as steering stabilizer, I like them and have no complaints so far.
