OK, we are soon approaching the time of year when I arrange our get-together. At the one last year we thought, and agreed, the weekend after Labor Day is good for this event, but I am open to suggestions if a different date would work for everyone.

Since I haven't started planning anything yet, I have no idea where we'd have our event. I am willing to have it at my place again (in Colorado Springs), that is what we settled on last time.

To give me an idea of those who might be interested, let me know if you'd prefer to do this on Sept 13th or Sept 20th and let me know what location you'd want as well. I am offering up my house again but if there is a more desirable location for everyone, let's year it.
