Seeing your wheels I would also think that a smooth baby moon style would look the best, but that is just my opinion. Depending on what your plans are you might just go with what you got until you decide if you want to keep those wheels or not.

I'm running the later (outie) F-100 wheels and these hubcaps for a '53 Ford Car. I've thought of adding trim rings but every time I pick one up, it appears they are stamped out of aluminum foil.

I have the outies on mine and found what i needed at hubcapmike.com. I got both trim rings and the hubcaps in stainless steel (had to call and get the caps as they werent listed on the site as stainless at the time). I've had good luck with mine.

I had the same isue when I bought my truck. it came with 70s wheels and hub caps. I wanted to keep with the old truck look, so I bought new OEM style wheels that would accomidate the OEM inny hub caps. I bought new wheels, hub caps, and rings when I bought new tires.

Thanks, again. Finally have the truck in TX. I'll paste link to pic below. The wheel has 4 "outie" nubs, and the old hub caps I'm replacing measure almost 10 1/4" on the inside (more like 10 3/16").

Is there a website, where I can the products you sell?

Thanks ALBUQ F-1. Do you happen to remember where you picked those hub caps up?

This thread has brought out some options I never realized were available, which is awesome! I like the ones above and I also found these that look pretty cool!

Here is my '65 with the outie wheels and the hubcaps I added recently.

Mainly I just like that I don't have to worry about them flying off since they fit perfectly! I am going to try to polish up the stainless a little more.

eBay, but from a local guy, so I could see them first. As it turned out, I got 5 caps for $70, 3 stainless and 2 chrome.

No kidding. That options led me to this (that I've sort of fallen in love with):

That's a bit pricey though. If I can't find cheaper, I'll probably just have to do baby moons with beauty rings for now... Maybe I can come back to this.

1973/79 truck parts catalog pic: TYPE 10 = D7TZ-1130-A .. 15" "Outie" Hubcap = 1977/89 F100/150 & E100/150.

Outie = So called because the hubcap snaps over tabs located on the outside of the wheels center section.

Innie = So called because the hubcap snaps over tabs located on the inside of the wheels center section.

F1's, 1953/64 F100's have innie hub caps, 1965/66 F100 could have innie or outie hub caps (see post 26 for pic of '65/66 outies, same as 1964 Custom/Galaxie/Galaxie 500 - C4AZ-1130-A).

Bill, do you have a photo like this that shows the innie caps? Would be very helpful, thanks.
