I'd like to raise rear of my 2001 F250 crew about 1 inch or so- I do not want to swap out the 2" blocks for 4" blocks since we will be buying a 5th wheel trailer soon and it may be too high.
Will new shocks help??- I've heard of the "helper" springs, but not sure if they will do the job.

 

did you think about just a single add-a-leaf? Both 1" and 2" are available. A little stiffer ride tho.

 

You may want to consider an air bag lift. Simple easy and adjustable to what ever load you are carrying.

 

Why do you only want an inch?

Just cosmetic reasons really- I love the crew cab but it has the short bed and the front of the truck looks huge and the rear I think looks smaller. I've seen the same exact trucks with a little bit of lift in the rear and to me looks nicer- no other reason really..

 

You might want to try the add-a-leaf.
