1987 460 Left Bank Misfire

Hello Everyone,
New to the forum just purchases a Fixer 1987, Extend Cab, F-250, Lariat, 460(7.5) engine, EFI, C-6 Trans, Holly 4 barrel 600 CFM Carburetor.

Im replacing the Spark Plugs and I see the the Right bank 1,2,3,4 are all black, full of Soot and Left bank 5, 6,7,8 are all Soaked.

When i turned it on it runs ruff, I can pull the cables for 5(very tiny change when unplugged),6,7,8 and the engine doesn't notice they are off. I checked that all the cable, plugs, rotor and the single coil are firing to the left bank but that the entire Left bank is still dead. It has gas, spark and air. I am leaning to that it is a timing issue?

My thought are to tear it down and check the timing Chain and Cam see if its skipped a tooth. Am i on the right track or should i do something else first? I will add Pic of my Project Truck soon

After being hit in the face by a falling socket wrench. Tomorrow morning i will be doing a compression test on all cylinders before i take it apart to check the timing chain and marks. Ill post my results of the test.
