2007 expedition won't start after plug change

I just replaced the spark plugs on my 07 expedition after having the slight stutter in overdrive. Although difficult (all 8 broke even after following all of the advice) I was able to remove them with the lisle tool. I reinstalled the plugs (new motor craft), coils (original, did not change), etc and started it up. It took a few cranks to get it going, but it finally started. I let it run for a while and it was just a little rough. I decided to remove everything again and check the plugs/coils/ etc. Everything seemed ok, so I reinstalled everything. Now it won't start at all. It cranks. I triple checked all of the connections (looked for bent pins, looseness, etc.). Everything looks fine. I also checked all of the ignition related fuses. Please help! I spent all weekend breaking a vehicle that only had a minor stutter! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am wondering if you ever got your Expedition running after the plug change. If so, what was the cause of the problem?
