Turned truck on and no power/bad idle

I'm not really sure how to diagnose this, I don't have a check engine light, or any other indicators. I turned truck on, drove to Auto Zone. Left, went to Advance across the street. Came out after a couple minutes, and when I started the truck, it acted like it was misfiring, just running VERY rough. After about 10 seconds or so, it would idle okay, but still rough. I drove home, which is about a quarter mile. No power. It sounds like the turbo is spooling, but probably not building much boost, if any. Definitely down a lot on power, won't rev even in neutral. I tried starting it again today, and it idled VERY rough for about 5-6 seconds, and then kind of leveled out idling okay. Still sounds like it's missing, and when I tried to put it in drive, it barely moved.

I pulled the codes, p0475 and p0603. Deleted codes, went back to stock tune and started truck. Still acts like it's missing horribly, and has no power. Throws P0475 with no light.

The check engine light isn't coming on at all. Could it be another harness connection problem that I'm reading about? Most of those threads reference the light coming on, but I don't have any of that. It ran fine, drove fine, had plenty of power, until I turned the truck back on at Advance.

Thanks in advance for any potential help!

Okay, HPOP is about 2/3" from the top. I also checked the driver's UVC gasket, and the passenger. The driver's seemed fine, but the passenger's side appeared to be very low. The back two glow plugs went negative on the ohm check. I was running the multimeter at 20k, and the driver's side glow plugs were around 4.5 ohms. The injectors were about the same on both sides, but the passengers glow plug readings were way lower than the driver's side.

Here is the video.

Update, tested the UVC terminals again with the multimeter on 20m, everything tested fine this way.

P0475 - Exhaust backpressure control valve malfunction
P0603 - Keepalive memory (KAM) error

The P0603 is nothing to worry about. That one is present any time power has been removed from the PCM. The P0475 probably isn't related to the loss of power, unless somehow your exhaust backpressure valve is closing. Is it?

What are the readings you got from the injector solenoids? Having one bank read higher than the other can indicate a problem, but it would be helpful to know what the readings actually are. The expected readings are less than about 5 ohms for injector glow plug circuits, so you should test them on the lowest resistance setting your meter has, probably 200 ohms or so.

Both banks were consistent after I figured out the multimeter. Like 3.5/4.5 for plugs, and injectors were between 1.4/3.0. I can't remember exactly what they were, but I remember all left was same, and all right was same. I think driver's was 1ohm higher, approximately, pretty much everywhere. The fuel tank is pretty low right now, so I'm curious if I have a bad tube or something, and it's causing the issue. I'll know tomorrow when I get a fuel pressure gauge on it.

1.4 is low. Nominal resistance of the injector solenoid itself is 2.9 ohms.

Also, what are you using to pull codes? Does it have the ability to run tests like injector buzz too?

It might have even been 2.4. It was pretty tough to get in there to be honest, and writing down the numbers was about the furthest thing from my mind.

I'm going to have to pick up a nice comfy blanket, just to work on this thing. My stomach looks like I laid in an ant pile.

I used my super chips programmer to pull the codes. I'm not sure I can run the buzz test with it.
