Not to burst your bubble, but if it's the original transmission, it would be a 3 speed (C6) not a four speed.
Still a nice looking truck.
What are your plans for it? Keep it as a driver? fix it up?

The rear wheels are 15 " X 10" with 295/50R15 tires and front are 15" X 8" wheels with 265/50R15
