Maybe you were having sympathetic stupidity feelings for the DA that RTV'd all the O-rings in your truck. Geez. Kinda makes you wonder how many tech's do that crap, not to mention aftermarket shops. And people say this is a bad engine. I think it's a lot tougher than many claim.

The 6.0 engine is fantastic, it doesn't deserve the reputation it has one bit.

Well I almost got it done but the sunshine was nice and the temps
were also very nice and I just sat around and did not get a lot done.
But the FICM is in and all the harness work is done. Really only have the CAC
piping, the air filter and degas bottle to do. I did find a set of copper seal
washers and also cleaned more of the RTV mess out. Put a new O-ring in
on the heater outlet pipe and will pressure test it before I put coolant in.
