Just crush it and put it out of it's misery. I've seen first hand what that salt air on the east side does to those trucks. Bet the Bondo Bandits have been all over that thing.

 

Wonder just how clean of a truck it is being from this side of the coast. Like said mix n match parts needs a trans but hey like you said it's under 10k on the east coast. Seller actually has a reasonable starting price.
