Yum. Tacos.

 

They have been pretty good Tim. Used a seasoning blend I have along with ground cayenne,ground chipotle, ground ancho, regular chili powder. Also a good healthy does of tabasco, and some minced onion,minced garlic, and some garlic powder along with some kosher salt, and freshly ground pepper. Also added some smoked paprika to it.

 

Love me some tabasco. Im a fan of hard taco's. I dont really care for soft tacos. though I do like burritos.

 

I like hard tacos,soft tacos, burritos and nachos.I use the same taco meat for making really good home made nachos.

 

Yum nachos. With melted cheese, some chilli and guac.

 

Thats the only way Tim. Along with some sour cream.

 

Yes, must have sour cream. Dang, now I want a margarita!

 

I know what you mean Tim. I could use a nice adult beverage right now. Sadly I am still at the office.

 

Ill have to pass. I already had Makers on the Rocks, Blue moon and Jack and Coke. Might finish another 5th off at this rate.

 

Dont need to do that Tim. Need to make sure that one lasts until the next liquor store run.

Thats a good thing Tim. I know I need to make a run to my local one. Want to grab a bottle or two of wine. Maybe a few beers and maybe a bottle of rumchatta.

Hey guys I'm back.. I decided that we were having elk burgers tonight and had the whole family out. It was good to get my brother out here for a bit to talk. He was the arresting officer in a double homicide the other day. I think it took his mind off of it for a while. He said it was a rough scene.
