Vermont July 2014 BS thread - mid summer so enjoy the fireworks BBQ and plentiful BS

Good July swampy weather Jim. Heat & humidity were oppressive yesterday and more of the same today. TV says it hit 92 and in the sun it was well over 100. This is not my kind of weather - give me less heat and humidity. Off to pick up my motorcycle today and drop of Helen's for some recall fixes. Should be a real pleasant ride in this weather.

Would be nice motorcycle riding if I didn't wear all the gear all the time (ATGATT). Then it gets kinda hot, even when moving. Don't ask me how unpleasant it is when stuck in traffic. But better than skin grafts. (I know, I'm old and cautious, but I've been riding for a lot of years, been down several times and never hurt so ATGATT works for me.)

Morning Jim, Shawn, Pat and anyone that might be lurking.
Shawn, always better to be safe than sorry. I have been on a few accident scenes that involve motorcycles and I am amazed at how minor some of the injuries have been when the rider has had full protective coverage.
