It happens Jim. We have been dealing with storm issues since 1730 today. Just got power back on in a few bldgs.

I have done that before Don. It is an adventure and can be fun.

 

If that's your idea of fun then you must also like bamboo reeds under your finger nails...LOL

Tent camping is alot of fun Don. Especially since I make sure I have a cot to sleep on.

I know I wont Don. You prefer the hotels. I like the simplicity of a tent.

 

Did my sleeping in a tent while in the service. I m cheap but the hotel is the way to go.

 

I like a nice tent. But that is my preference.

 

Had you been able to join the service your Uncle Sam would have given you a nice shelter half.

 

Gotta love the shelter halfs Rick. Very useful for alot of things. And yes I am sure Uncle Sam would have given me one of them had I been able to sign up. Sadly I know I would not be able to due to the surgery that I have had on my feet.

 

Put mine to good use in a tree nursery many times.

 

The only tent I would consider spending a night in would be an Arab sheiks and that is only if his harem of beautiful woman came with the deal...
