Sadly no Don. I had just put it on before I left for work. That was about 1400. Take about 5-6 hours before it is ready for the pulling process. Wind was not letting the charcoal get going and once that happened it took awhile before the smoker wanted to get to temp.

 

Well maybe they will save a few crumbs for you...LOL

Well I didnt know he was going to be making pulled pork today Don. Besides I need the delayed holiday for my vacation later this month.

I am watching the local power company replace the transformer right now at our one bldg. The new one is in place. They are still hooking it up.
