FYI: The PCM will also go through a residual ash re-calibration cycle, when monitoring raw data. This might look like the vehicle is going through an active regen, but it is really just setting a baseline for the pressure sensors in the DPF. I can't remember, but some model year vehicles use different sensors and setups.
Unfortunately, I don't have the DPF% screen on my truck and I'm not sure I want to do the Forscan reprogramming thing just yet... Probably want to even less now that I've seen there are variances in the PCMs for different years and firmware versions. Don't want to brick my truck.

You won’t brick it. It’s easy and fool-proof

That’s not what I was saying but take it how you want. My post was assurance for others that nothing will get “brickedâ€. You know, peeps who aren’t as scared as you. LOLZ

I have entered the equation for "Distance Since Last Complete Regen" as described in the first post on this thread but it is not updating real time. Any ideas?

I have been looking through this thread and cannot find the PID for Oil Miles and Oil percentage, as far as how many miles since last oil change and percentage until next oil change. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Distance since last regen is a one time look at startup unless app is running when you turn the key. If app is runing at startup AND if your phone/tablet never sleeps or is used for another app, I believe it keeps count, but if the phone sleeps or another app is used the count stops. If you turn the truck off and on again, the count is correct.

Here's the calculation: (((A*256)+B)/256)*10

Looking at the output values for this equation compared to the previous equations used in the pics above, mine starts a regen around 90% and stops at around 30%.
Just following up on my previous post. I had some time to test the new equation and it worked GREAT! The regen on my truck started at 92.1%, continued to crawl up to 93.5% (while exhaust temps rose enough to cook of the soot) and stopped at ~25% with the equation above. I'm gonna call this good for my vehicle. Hope it helps someone else with the same firmware in the PCM.

Just wanted to thank everyone here for your contribution on this especially sdetweil for that APK. It's great to monitor all these PID's on long trips.

Some pids, show in metric and some imperial, any way to change that?

I made sure, the correct units are selected in settings.

I noticed some pid units are in Celsius/KPA and some are in PSI/F etc..

Any way to change them all to one unit ex imperial?

Thanks

Sorry i'm a torque newbie.. lol

DSLR doesnt update in realtime. there is another DSLR(c) (c) meaning calculated, that combines DSLR plus the trip odometer in TP to count up while driving. It has a few shortcomings, but works pretty well.
