If you can get wire feed, mig, welder use it to build up the stud and then weld a nut to the built up stud. Let it cool for a long time. Take a wrench and remove the broken stud. I did this on 7 of mine.
I've gotten two out with the weld method. I have one left on each side, one breaks a little more every time I weld a nut to it. The one that is below the surface of the head has yet to be touched with a welder.
I used a right angle drill on the one below the surface, It now has a broken extractor
