npi vs pi on 4.6 romeo

I just did a swap from a Windsor to a romeo. 97 f150, a brief history. my windor 4.6 spun main bearing, in order to save a few bucks I went to the junk yard to get another Windsor did vin check and thought I found another same as mine, it said a vin 6, so I grabbed it, when I get it home I found out it was NOT a Windsor but a 4.6 romeo, and it was modified to pi heads and manifold, and the knock sensor was different, well I tried to find manifold gasket for the same, the pi intake. couldn't find any, so I went ahead and put my npi manifold on with the npi gasket and modified knock sensor to fit the plug on my wiring harness, all went well, my question is, when I do put the pi intake manifold on with the pi gaskets, will I need to get a new ecm for the tuning of the pi set up? any and all input in regards to doing this kind of swap would be very much appreciated thank you
