Another steering wheel controls problem

So we bought our 2016 limited expy a few weeks ago and now the steering wheel controls do not work. Either side. I've narrowed it down to the SCCM or the clock spring. Fuses are all good, pulled the battery cable for 30 min to reset everything. On forscan I'm getting 5 SCCM codes in the pic below. They're pretty much left and right bank malfunction and left and right bank over voltage. I can't remember what the 5th code is. Am I able to determine clock spring or SCCM from these codes? Is there a way to test the clock spring? If it is the clock spring is it difficult to replace or expensive to have replaced?

thanks guys.

Replaced the clock spring. All is well. Surprisingly easy to do. Wrestled with that stupid right side air bag spring longer than it took me to do the rest of the job but she is done.
