I was over my buddies working on his 72 f-250 and I was yanking the fuel tank sending unit out I noticed that his back window was much smaller then any 67-72 I have seen. He told me it was an optional window that you could get on cab and chassis trucks? The window is almost half the size has anyone seen one of these?

 

Not listed that way. 67-72 F100-750 all show a 1-clear,1-tinted,and sliding window. 67-69 F800-1000 did have the same back glass as 66 and older pickups. Maybe this truck was special ordered to have the F800 back panel and glass. On the factory door waranty plate (vin tag), is there a DSO number shown?

Unfortunately the reason I was working on the truck was so he could sell it. I will see if he has any old pictures of it or if he knows the guy who bought it.
