6.4L Lower left coolant leak

I have a 2008 6.4L that I have noticed over the past couple weeks that it will leak a small puddle/drips of antifreeze on the garage floor. The coolant runs down the frame rail just below the lower corner of the radiator. Can't tell where it is coming from for certain. The radiator is still original (to my knowledge). Truck only has 56K miles on it, but of course the warranty is gone. Seems like this only leaks when I have pulled one of my trailers and or pushed (built more than 35 psi of boost). Doesn't always leak, or at least I haven't noticed it leaking all the time.

I have searched this site and found so many issues with coolant leaks and each has their own story on what they have done to the truck. I didn't find one that talks about a coolant leak on the driver's side running down the frame rail. Maybe I missed it or didn't refine my searches enough. If that is the case maybe someone can help point me in the right direction. Thanks if advance for everyone's help.

Radiator seam on the drivers side. Check the seam.

Get an aftermarket one put in. If you go back to ford it will be the same.

Check lower rad hose. If the end of hose is black or original its probably bad. The new hose
end are white. The white has 2-o ring. The black has one o-ring. The water runs down hose
then on to frame rail.

Thanks. I will try to get a better look at it tonight since I am driving it today. Hopefully I can trace the leak back. I'm thinking it is going to be the radiator seam but will check the hoses as well. I will post back what I find in hopes to help others.

Looks like it's the plastic tank seam leaking on my radiator. Here's a pic of the area with a drip of antifreeze on the corner. Just before I shut it off it would drip steady running down the bottom 1 inch or so of the front seam.

Lower driver's side radiator thru front bumper by tow hook.

Radiator has arrived! Thinking about removing EGR and coolers. I don't typically run additional HP tunes but pull trailer most of the time. Thoughts from others?

leave the coolers/EGR alone. You will need a programmer to do that.

Get rid of the egrs for sure! I did t-stats, cat elc, mishi rad and the new hoses. Have fun! Be alot more room without those egrs in there to work!

What kit is recommended for removing the EGR coolers? Wishing I would have done the downpipe when installing tuner and dp back exhaust.
