I had a metal bracket fabricated and it welde right to the frame, this will allow for some adjustment if need be, the frame is getting powder coated when it returns I will post some pics of the bracket

I had some angle bracket fabricated and welded to the frame rail, the frame is getting sand blasted when I get it back I will post some pics of the angle

Cab is taken off and a dolly built to make it mobile.

After the CV install I had to remove the cab and get the rolling chassis ready to take to the welder for some crush tubes and boxing the frame.

Boxing in the frame

Once the frame is boxed and the grinding is complete it gets completely broken down and sent off to the sand blaster and powder coating

Well I was suppose to get the frame back today from the powder coating, however when I called to see if it was ready he told me his sandblasted went down and it probably won't be til the end of the week. I guess this gives me time to work on the front and rear suspensions, a lot of cleaning and paint.

Thank goodness for craigslist, I picked up these 2 2006 mustang rims this weekend with good Pirelli 235 55 17's, the offset looks great and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it lines up once she goes back together.

I am still waiting to get the frame back from powder coating, I spent the past two weeks cleaning parts and getting things ready to reassemble. I received a soda blaster for Xmas and used it this weekend on the calipers, rotors and other little parts here and there, a few coats of fresh paint and the front suspension is looking better.

Faber.... Thanks, I checked out the build you posted, my brother had a 64 that mirrored the one you built. Great job on the build, I can only hope and pray mine goes as well.
