Diesel in the valley

I found a little puddle in the valley today. Visible from the passengers side outboard of where the FP connects to the damper. Sopped it up with a paper towel and ran it awhile trying to find the source. It is a Cali truck. The lower section of the fuel damper was a little wet but nothing dripping I could see with a mirror when it was running. Could it be just a loose banjo bolt at the rear? I don't see any moisture near the fuel bowl or fuel lines at the heads. Around the FP also looks dry. How the heck do you get a tool on the banjo bolt anyway. I do not want to remove the turbo.

You might need to modify a box-end wrench to tighten that banjo bolt. Not sure what the angle you need is, but heating up the wrench and bending it might work. I haven't replaced my fuel pump yet, (I need to), so I don't know what I'll need to make it easy.
